The field is guaranteed by the Organ and Historical Interpretation Department

Since its inception, a number of experts in this field have already been educated in this field. During its development, the field has reached a format in which theoretical, practical and applied courses are represented and well interconnected. Therefore, the teachers of theoretical courses are well aware of the practical art projects in which students participate and they are thus able to utilise immediate practical knowledge in theoretical teaching.

The graduate is acquainted with the historically-informed interpretation, stylistic registration and other specific problems of his or her field

– is ready to professionally interpret the repertoire of basic stylistic periods

– is equipped with theoretical and practical knowledge.

After successfully completing his/her studies the graduate is able to:

  • be a member of various chamber groups;
  • hold the position of a church organist;
  • accompany instrumentalists and singers;
  • teach at art schools and conservatories.

The study plan consists of compulsory, elective and optional courses and of compulsory artistic study outputs.

Student musí získat 60 kreditů za každý rok studia a ukončit studium státní závěrečnou zkouškou z vybraných předmětů, obhajobou absolventského výkonu a obhajobou bakalářské práce.
